Trevor in the service department is extremely kind and compassionate. I feel that he went above and beyond the requirements of his position to help me out when I had emergency service needed, and even though the car was a wash he was able to help advise me and kept me very well informed throughout the process. Having dealt with other service departments at Toyota and Subaru dealerships, this was far and away the best communication I've ever received. It was a stressful situation, but he made things as painless for me as possible.

Okay, since you asked for a more detailed response: I don’t like car dealerships that feel the need to mix politics with business and create more divide within the community. I especially think it’s sad when you take a kids holiday and make it political and mock the death of others. Unprofessional and gross. Good job at enforcing small town stereotypes.

The sales manager wasn't helpful, was very unprofessional. Couldn't answer my questions. Was very short with his answers and didn't seem like he wanted to give me the time of day to help look for a car.

Stopped into the Service Dept yesterday just before noon with mechanical troubles. Instead of telling me they were closing in 15 minutes, they offered to bring my car in, repair it & get me back on the road for a VERY reasonable cost. Great people to do business with.
