It took over 2 hours to have new tires put on and the mechanic ruined one of my lug nut studs. I was not offered anything in return for it taking so long and ruining the lug stud.
Made an appointment . Had my tires replaced. Drove from Fleet farm in Steven's Point to just North of Casmir road on I- 39 and had a flat tire with my brand new tires. Put my spare on got myself home and discovered a bolt from a battery in my new tire. I was pressed for time so fixed it myself as I was leaving for Montana that afternoon. When I got back from Montana I went to Fleet farm to have my tires rotated and let them know. They told me they don't work on batteries 😒. Thanks Fleet farm!
I have recently been widowed & appreciate the help/service I received at the DeForest FF auto service. The technicians & service counter technicians answered questions courteously & patiently. They gave vital information on car of my vehicle. Checked lug nuts & no wait. I’ll be back for my auto care. Thank you👌
Old tires were put in the bed of my truck as I requested. Went to take them out and found handle on tailgate broken. It would have been nice for them to tell me it broke.
I have taken my vehicle back twice because they did not align my car correctly. Alignment is still not correct. Would not recommend getting an alignment done at Fleet Farm Deforest.
Service was good however, when it was time to pay, the price was more than what was quoted. The reason was due to the type of oil filter my vehical needed, plus they used 6 quarts instead of 5. Would have been nice to know this in advance. 😩
I had the most horrible experience. I have never been tested so badly. The manager in the auto center should not be working in customer service. He is extremely rude and smug . I will never return to that Fleet Farm again. He has lost my trust and confidence to have any work done there.
Got new tires. Dropped vehicle off the night before, appointment was at 8am the next day. Called about 2pm - no answer, left message to call me when vehicle was done. No call back. Went in the next day assuming it was done. Ultimately they had the vehicle 36 hours. Not impressed.
First time ever using Fleet Farm for auto service. I was in a jam as the brakes for my business van were not good. (The dealership failed me). I stopped by and talked with one of the advisors at Fleet Farm and even though their schedule was full for the week, the understood the importance of me getting my van fixed a.s.a.p. They knew I needed it to successfully run my business. They were able to find a time the next day to get the brakes done. I was and am still very thankful for their awesome customer service, concern for my vehicle and my business. Staff was amazing, friendly, and showed genuine care for not only my vehicle but me as well. I will continue to do ALL of my auto service needs both for my business and personal vehicles at Fleet Farm. Thank you for a job well done!!!
Was at a scheduled appointment for four tires. Service techs and I couldn’t find the lug key. Time was pressing as there was another appointment after me. After a lengthy search it was discovered but it was long into my allotted time. Service associate had mentioned that I may have to reschedule which I totally understood! It was my wife’s vehicle and it needed tires suddenly and horribly! I didn’t want her driving her vehicle in that condition and I was stressed a bit. Everyone in Service took notice and went above and beyond to reassure me that they would get it done. THEY GOT IT DONE!! Was not my first time getting tires at this location and definitely will not be my last. I was so impressed with their professionalism that I wanted to take them out for some beers! I know the group that day were just humble people just doing their job but I hope I’m not the only one that takes notice!! Fleet Farm is very lucky to have these team members! Thank you Chuck
