The service manager did by oil change because their tech was out sick. He was kind, patient, took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer my questions - very impressed with the level of service and care I received. Unsure of his name, but the service manager rocks!

The staff are very friendly and explain thoroughly what work is to be completed. I also appreciate the text reminders of when the work is scheduled to be done and follow up to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction.

I was pleasantly notified that the work I was told I needed by 2 other reputable auto shops was indeed not needed yet. What a pleasant surprise and great customer service. Thank you

Pre-paid a week ago for my tires (I wish I had an option to pay for the install fee at this time but wasn't given it), set up an appointment for today (21Oct23) and was in and out in little more than an hour. Nicely done Fleet Farm.

I feel I get great service for the price at the Service Center and or the entire store. Automotive Staff are very helpful and very professional!
They were so thorough and friendly and gave me insight to other things with my car.... .. this is my place to take my car!!
The staff are friendly and helpful. Never have had any problems and they are willing to answer any questions and give advise when needed.
First tire repair did not hold, so they were able to work us into the schedule to repair a second time with no hassle.
Very friendly and professional staff. Tire rotation was completed in 30 minutes. Will.need new tires this Fall and staff gave me several tire options to consider.
