More than 5 stars. I highly recommend Gene's Auto and Truck in Greenbay Wi. These guys were above and beyond. I'm so glad I found them. Their honest, courteous, and professional advice alleviated stress in the process. Allowing me to make the best, informed decision. I appreciate them very much. I cant say enough good things. Great experience all around! I purchased a car from Dan Goben Cars and it needed warranty repair at Gene's. I was driving from the Milwaukee area, which is about an hour and a half drive, so I couldn't just drop the car off. While I waited, I asked an employee, Lee, if there are any food places close by. He actually told me about a nice local place AND DROVE ME THERE! I totally wasn't expecting him to go out of his way to actually drive me to the restaurant. He also picked me up when I was done! The warranty repair is complete and the car has been running good ever since. Very pleased with the service I received at Gene's. I highly recommend them for any auto repairs needed.
Trailer broke down and Lee and Dave were outstanding. They told us they were very busy, but they still helped us. Great work guys!
