My front tire basically fell off my SUV. Called Depere Auto they had it towed within an hour. Next day called with what needed to be fixed and a detailed estimate. They had it fixed and ready for pick up the following day by noon. Honest and dependable are two words that I would use to describe De Pere Auto. Thanks

I went here on 10/27/2023 for a diagnosis on my exhaust. In summary, they misdiagnosed issues on my car, and attempted to charge me for far more than I needed. I will not be going to this shop again, and I recommend no one else does either. I took an exit and my exhaust became very loud. Upon inspecting my car they informed me that the exhaust system “from the cat pipe back” would need to be replaced, it would be $800 for basic parts or $1200 for stock. They also claimed that the right lower ball joint was “very loose” and quoted me $330 for that repair. And said that one of the tires had a cord showing and that all 4 would have to be replaced, quoting me $700. I denied their service as this is the first time I’d been to this shop and took it home to verify their claims. Upon inspecting it for myself I found one tire with cords showing, but the other three had plenty of tread left. The ball joint was not loose but the strut was worn, which was an issue I was already aware of and was misdiagnosed. The exhaust has a bolted connection between the front half and the rear half. That connection was what had broken, yet they quoted me $850-$1200 to replace the back half of the exhaust. Then charged me a $50 fee just for looking at it.

Been using the services at De Pere Auto for more years than I can remember. Always honest and comprehensive service a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I recently switched from a local large dealer to DePere Auto for my car service. I switched because I felt like the large dealer was less then honest with me and it felt like they were over charging me. I had my first major service needing back breaks and rotors. Not only did I feel it was a great price, they were efficient and friendly! When I picked up my vehicle they gentlemen that fixed my car came out and explained what was fixed. So glad I switched for my servicing!

Very nice people, seem like a dedicated staff as well. Honest and got extensive repairs on my vehicle done very quickly.

I love my 12-year-old Lexus that's headed for 300,000 miles and I entrust it to the professionals at DePere Auto. These guys really know their stuff, they are super to work with and I get the feeling that they just truly love cars! I've mis-diagnosed my cars needs a couple of times and Scott and the team there keeps me more than happy, including my last visit where they proactively saved me a large repair bill by identifying that it was covered under a warrantly I knew nothing about.
