Great customer service. My car is driving better than ever after new shocks and struts.
We commute almost weekly between Madison and Wautoma and have had our van break down a couple times in the past year near Montello. In both instances Kendalls Auto Repair was awesome to work with. I was impressed with their communication and care for our vehicle. You can tell customer service is a top priority for the shop by the way they conduct business. Also, I love a place that allows their dogs to hang out with them during the day!
Changed over 2 tires in a timely manner
This place truly stands out in the local area as being the best place to take your automobile hands down! They're Diagnostics are top-notch, super friendly customer service, and I really love that everything that was wrong including what was done to the car is explained to you in detail, not only verbally , but also printed on the receipt I highly recommend this place for all your automobile needs!
Great place for all my car needs always very helpful
They unessasarily replaced hundreds of dollars of parts on my friends vehicle trying to resolve a brake issue. That still wasn't resolved. Not truly diagnosing the problem
We were heading home to Kansas City when we had an issue with our brakes. They got us in the same day, replaced the brakes and rotors, and got us back on the road the same afternoon. Friendly, fast and great price!
Never had done business here, needed a water pump, asap. Left my truck one afternoon got it back next day ! Greatly appreciated
