Family owned second generation business. As busy as they are they do their best to schedule you in for service as soon as possible. I have a 2003 Chevy Duramax Diesel; Jeff and Robert after doing their research were able to solve and fix a problem with the trucks rear end/drive shaft. They take the time and extra care to ensure things are fixed correctly. John worked on my son's older Lexus and made sure it was fixed properly and that we understood what needed to be done. Brenda, Laurie and Sam are also very knowledgeable about service that needs to be done to our vehicles and explain in detail as needed. Two of my son's and I know we can depend on Kendall's to take care of our vehicles genuinely and with care.
Living in Illinois gives me so many options for new tires, however having a second home in Montello we prefer to support local businesses. This family run business is awesome. The Kendalls make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in and and their prices are very fair. The overall experience was good. I definitely trust and recommend them!! Thank you Robert and family!!
