We just moved to US like 10 months ago and ended up with an unfortunate incident clueless how to go about with all this. I reached the dealership and they hinted at Caliber Collision Burnsville for any body related work. Took a bet to go with Caliber Woodbury and I was truly impressed beyond imagination by the exceptional treatment received from this company. Never before have I felt so valued and appreciated as a customer. From the moment I stepped in they made me feel assured with unparalleled flexibility and efficiency. Brandon kept me informed frequently so I always had an idea where in the repair process the shop was. Their commitment to punctuality was remarkable. The genuine warmth and hospitality exuded by their staff especially Riley was truly remarkable. Insurance company wanted me to go elsewhere but after the research i had done went ahead with my instincts and fortunately the insurance company was ready to work with them. They also supported me instantly with towing services when my car refused to start on the day i needed to drop it for service. I wholeheartedly endorse Caliber Woodbury for their amazing work quality and customer service and for returning my car as good as in new condition. You guys are doing an amazing job !! Thank you

Caliber Collision was great!!! I came in without an appointment, asked if they were able to help me with a hinge on my door. Everyone there went out of their way to help me!!! I'm very grateful for them.
