Phenomenal across the board! While I unfortunately had to bring my WRX here for an insurance claim due to a front end collision, the team at Caliber in Neenah knocked my experience out of the park! Not only did they get my car finished sooner than they estimated, Marci was very helpful with discussing my estimate in detail. She allowed me to help source my parts of choice (I used to sell auto parts) and kept me updated the entire way! They not only washed the exterior of my vehicle, but they detailed the inside as well! Something I definitely did not expect. I also managed to forget some items in my rental vehicle. They were quick to answer the phone when I called, and made sure the keys were available when I arrived so I could retrieve said items! I will forever recommend Caliber Collision in Neenah for anyone who needs a place for their insurance claim!!

Caliber in Woodbury went above and beyond for my car. They made the process so easy. Everything was dealt with through insurance which made the process simple. They were always in communication about my car and were very quick and efficient with fixing my vehicle. They even cleaned the inside of my car (which I was embarrassed about how dirty it was). My car felt like it was brand new. Would recommend them to others and will use them again for any future car needs. Thank you!

Repair was completed on time and looks nice. There was a scratch left on the car that we don't believe was there when we brought the car in. Caliber Collision said they did not make the scratch and are not responsible. We will agree to disagree.

Staff is friendly and courteous! Car restored like new. They were able to make repairs much soon than other area shops. Highly recommend!

The team went above and beyond for my car's repairs, keeping me updated on the progress, cleaning the inside before I picked it up, and buffing the outside to make it look new. Would highly recommend this shop for any work you need done.

Brandon kept me updated through every step of the way! Customer service was wonderful and my vehicle looks amazing! The woman at the front desk (so sorry I forgot her name), was also extremely helpful. I had to call the insurance company as the third-party, or claimant.
