I was very disappointed with the service department at Don Johnson's. I took my 2017 Ford Explorer in for a oil change and a tire rotation. The service department was also doing a recall on the vehicle. I was told that the recall would not be done until the wheel bearing and knuckle on the ds wheel were replaced. I took the vehicle to another repair shop to get a second opinion. I was told that there was nothing wrong with either the wheel bearing or the knuckle. The price was over 1600.00 dollars. You have lost a customer who has been with Don Johnson for close to 18 years. Jerry Ryan
I kicked back, relaxed and enjoyed the quiet time while waiting for my truck to get an oil change. My guy at the desk was great! The work was done in a timely manner. Very happy.
Everyone was very friendly. A bit annoyed when I was told we needed tires on ate truck. We purchased it from this dealership, less than six months ago, and when we questioned the tread on the tires we were told they were fine, you'll get another 25 to 30 thousand miles on them? The salesman and finance guy both had the service department look at them, we were all told the same thing. Now after the first oil change it needs tires? Not at all happy.
Place is clean. Service provider Luke is top notch with helping a guy out, being responsive, and taking care of clients. The only issue is the pricing. Local auto body shops do professional work for a fraction of the price, and can service vehicles faster.
