Fast, knowledgeable, and very friendly. My service tech. Cortland always goes out of his way to take care of the small details.
My Jeep died on the side of the road, and was towed to the Cumberland location. It took 3 weeks to get it fixed, and all they did was replace the 2 batteries. When it arrived there, I advised them not to lock the doors because if it sat for a couple days, the battery would be dead. After 2 weeks of sitting, they could not open the door, so I had to pay a locksmith $230 to unlock it for them.
