Came in to have a fuse replaced. I told them what the fuse is for and asked if they can tell me where the fuse location is or have a tech replace the fuse. 2 minutes job if you know where the fuse is located was told to schedule an appointment. Very poor service. This is literally a 2 minute job if you know the location of the fuse. If you are passing through and your car breaks down. Sorry but I would recommend walking to next town. Better luck there. Service advisor: Kevin Hysell While still parked in their parking lot, I called another Ford dealer and asked for the exact fuse location and they gave it to me and it was the correct fuse.

May 23, 2023Brandt, typically we just jump in and help out with the easy stuff. you probably caught us on a day we were tired of doing things for free. we spend a lot of time on our training to be experts in the field. we like to use that expertise to provide a value to our guests not necessary for free. in talking with the service writer it sounds like there was some miscommunication between the two of you with what the issue was. sorry we let you down.

Unlike another dealer in this area. Eagle River Ford was very open and transparent thru my used car shopping experience. BTW I did find Dave in sales to be very helpful and patient. I did end up purchasing from him. Highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a new truck and had an appointment to install accessories that were ordered. After waiting 30 minutes past the appointment time the truck still wasn't taken in the shop. Checked at the desk to be told they were running behind but they didn't care to inform me of that when I arrived for my appointment. Letting your customer know is a very simple process when they arrive to drop their vehicle off for an appointment.
