Received text that my truck was done. Arrived after a 40 minute travel to pick it up and they informed me that they were trying to figure out a time to get it scheduled for the work. They needed parts. I asked why they said it was done then, and I the answer was that they were done for now. Each time I tried to point out that the communication was lacking the full story, I received rebuttal rather than a customer service culture that was open to looking at ways to improve communication. I felt like I was being looked at as being hostile. No apologies, no interest in looking at this through the eyes of the customer. I had been warned previously about this dealer by one of my employees. Now my experience matches with his.
