Incredibly Dissapointed to be leaving this review, but I hope it helps others. My wife had crashed her car on this side of the state so we had to find a local shop to have it repaired. While the collision center was great to work with, there was a need for this to go to the service center. The service center first and foremost, lost the key to her locking lug nut, thus creating a need to purchase another on our dime. Additionally, the service center had told me that we needed new brakes and rotors on her vehicle (for an outrageous price), which I had replaced less than a year ago. I declined the service, and had my regular shop check this, they cannot believe someone would claim this was an urgent need when there was 95% life left atleast. I find it incredibly dissapointing a shop would try to prey on customers to drive revenue. Use this as a cautionary tale to always get a second opinion if it is not the service you initially had went in for. While I would have left atleast a 4 star prior (due to losing the key to our locking lug nut) now I wish I could leave a 0 star.

UPDATE AT FOURTH PARAGRAPH---Questionable work. Not very professional. Moldings on my car started falling off after a few months. When they told me it was finished, I went to pick it up, and one whole side was completely missing a long section of molding. Absolutely NOT how it looked when I took it in and got the estimate. Oh yeah, the final cost was WAY HIGHER than my estimate. 1000.00 OVER to be exact. If that's not bad enough, the manager of the collision center treats you like an afterthought. Take your money somewhere where you at least get treated with respect, and the work is good. That's not here! UPDATE!!!!!!------- I had my Lincoln repaired by this shop once earlier than the above review as well. This repair was the opposite side of the vehicle. Both doors on that side as well. The inside of those doors started rusting through the paint not long after the repair was finished. They had to redo the doors. NOW, THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR IS RUSTING THROUGH THE PAINT!. This is a very recent, very expensive repair and it's just rust. Makes me sick. I have a beautiful, well maintained 2005 Lincoln Town Car Signature Executive series. I can, with 100 percent certainty, tell you that THE ONLY PLACE MY LINCOLN TOWN CAR HAS VISIBLE RUST IS WHERE THIS BUSINESS DID "REPAIRS". A guy spends over 8000.00 at a business on two repairs and gets a rusty car and a kick in the behind on your way out the door. ABSOLUTELY ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AT THIS COLLISION CENTER! Let me say that again. ABSOLUTELY ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AT THIS COLLISION CENTER!. It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about it. Lincoln Motor Company can put paint on a car, and after 18 years, it still hasn't rusted. This collision center obviously can't paint ANYTHING WITHOUT IT RUSTING WITHIN A YEAR. I wish I could go back and take it someplace else. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE. GO ELSEWHERE!!
