America is great because of folks like these! A few weeks ago, I was pulling an oversize/overweight load that required me to pull flip my axle down on my trailer. Due to a lack of use and a slow leak, one of the tires had come off the bead and needed to be reseated in order to inflate it to the proper pressure. I called many tire shops and repair centers, just to be told “we don’t do tires”, “4-6 hour wait”, or my favorite: “that tire must be bad, you’re gonna have to buy a new one”. By sheer luck, I was recommended these fine folks at HDM and after a few calls with the very nice lady at the front desk, she told me to come on down and skip the line, if all I needed was a simple bead reseating. I pulled up to the shop, was greeted by the main tech and was on my way in less than 10 minutes instead of 4-6 hours. The best part? They didn’t even want my money, but instead told me to have a safe trip and have a good day. It’s been almost a month and that “bad” tire is still holding the same air pressure.
