Highly recommend!!! A truck service facility like these folks is a rare gem these days. Was grounded with an air leak that prevented my tanks from filling. Needed a tow and repair. After a half dozen calls and the typical repair shop roadblocks, I was recommended to HDM. My day suddenly got a whole heck of a lot brighter. Linda handled my front desk call. She listened and didn't shut me down. She opened doors and provided solutions to get me towed and into the shop. Keegan, the young lad who handles his wrecker like a pro made a 40 minute drive feel like 5. Jim, the mechanic, jumped right on the issue and had it figured out in no time. Carleton, the shop boss, was friendly enough and really enjoyed the extra attention I gave him. The facility is conveniently located near a truck stop and a hotel just steps away. Don't expect much from the hotel, but if you need an overnight it's good for a shower and a bed. Real folks that actually care about helping to keep us drivers rolling and safe. Hats off to all you superstars at HDM.

Penske rental 26ft truck broke down with red engine light and beeping message to stop truck immediately. Limped into Edgerton, WI travel.plaza. HDM called out by Penske arrived in about 70 minutes. Young man hooked up.laptop and did a " regen" on the diesel. His laptop died with no way to recharge. Stated the regen was complete and said I should be good to go. (I had spent over 4 hours at the plaza.) Got a mile down the interstate and same thing, red engine light and Beeping with warning to stop. Drove back to plaza , called HDM, they said they couldn't do anything more. Many calls later, penske said I could drive it to Windsor WI to service garage. (Beeping all the way at 25-50 mph on the interstate heavy trafffic thru Madison) HDM did not tell me I could drive any distance. 5+ hours later Penske found a bad sensor. I had asked HDM about 7 hours earlier if it could be sensor , stated No, diagnostic on laptop would tell him that. BTW, all happened in a 100 year rain fall.😵‍💫

A previous tech from another company had supposedly repaired my red airline and they did a nasty job that lasted only a week. Than a true professional from HDM came out and got me going high and tight , very good work. Thanks you.

I was stuck at the Pine Cone Travel Center in Johnson Creek with a bad starter which had been replaced by another company a month prior. All I needed was someone to come out, air me up, and give me tug. Was recommended to HDM. I was blocking one of the diesel pumps. The nice lady said someone would be here in 30 minutes. I think Mike got here in 13 minutes! He got me all hooked and aired up, but thought he could jump the solenoid, and it worked. The problem was that it wasn't engaging the flywheel. He didn't have to do that, but I thank him for doing it, because it proved that the previous company either installed a defective starter, or didn't hook it up correctly. Mike, you are awesome!
