Phenomenal communication, trustworthy (I was told by another business something needed to be replaced and they assured me it didn’t), friendly, and fairly priced. I won’t go anywhere else!
I'm giving this review three stars. I endured a three-week waiting period on two separate occasions. The first time, they didn't have the necessary part, and the second time, after another three-week wait, they assumed they had the part without verification before my appointment. I sat there for over an hour only to be told they didn't have the part. They blamed the place they ordered from for the mistake, but shouldn't they have checked the day before to ensure all parts were available for the next day's appointments? While they did manage to accommodate me within five days, I believe they should have offered compensation for wasting my time. I'm not reducing this review to just two stars because they eventually got my car in, but their customer service and critical thinking skills leave much to be desired.

Awesome customer service, honest pricing, Cole was and is great to work with and fit me in for some quick repairs before the end of the day! Will be going back for tires at some point 👍
