I have never felt compelled to write a review about a place I take my car in for maintenance, but this place is amazing. The customer service is great and they really take care of my car. Quality and trust worthy work!!!

I had a nail protruding in the rear passenger tire (not on side well) of my SUV, causing a slow leak that made me have to refill air into the tire every 3-5 days. After calling Midas, I was told I had to make an appointment and will most likely have to purchase a new tire instead of them removing the nail and plugging the hole. I then called Hometown Care and the phone was answered by Jake. After informing Jake what I had informed Midas about 2 minutes prior, he stated that they can take care of it “right now” and that an appointment was not necessary since it was a “simple plug” they had to do. I told Jake I’ll be there in a few minutes. Upon my arrival, I observed a person standing behind the receptionist/customer service desk and he said that he was Jake and he figured I was the person who called him. After giving him the keys to my SUV, my SUV was returned to me within 5-10 minutes, fixed. To my surprise though, after being pleased and even WANTING to pay mainly because of the GREAT and efficient customer service, Jake handed me my keys with a great white smile and informed me that I didn’t have to pay anything. My apologies for the long narrative LOL, but I wanted to be truthful and detailed with my experience. I say all of that to say this; I’ll be coming back. Seriously!

I have always had a great experience with the team at Hometown Car Care. They are honest, dependable, and good people to work with. I am constantly impressed by the outstanding work they have done on my car as well as their excellent communication from start to finish. They have always been spot-on with diagnosing a problem and have fixed it for a fair price. So glad I found them!

Hometown Car Care is easy to work with and they live up to their name. They always remember me when I go in there. Both Erin (the woman in the front) and a few of the mechanics as well. It definitely gives it a hometown feel. They’re always able to get me in for service in a timely matter and they are done when they say they will be if not earlier. WOW, I was in Grafton today visiting my cousin and I got a flat tire. My cousin's husband took my tire to Hometown Car Care (he's never used them but has heard good things) and they fixed my tire puncture for free because it was such an easy repair. I couldn't believe it! I offered money, candy I had just purchased, etc. The service man was so sweet and refused to take anything! WOW, all done in less than an hour. Got back to Racine safely due to them. My cousin's husband will be taking his cars there when he needs anything in the future. We were BOTH so impressed. Thank you Hometown!
