Grube's is top notch. Very fast, efficient and upfront on pricing and services. Very trustworthy. Tim is amazing to work with and is very great at helping when a vehicle emergency happens. Would highly recommend for both your personal vehicle and for fleet service. 5 Stars!!!!
Called AAA for tow. After waiting 2 hours for Grube’s I followed up with AAA. Called Grube’s to confirm time of tow. Female answered advised attempted 2x to call me. No call ever came to me EVER. No voicemail nothing & canceled my tow. After waiting for hours for tow truck to show up. Lied about calling my phone. Also person who AAA stated was coming out. Was not even at work that day, confirmed by Grube lady worker. So she canceled my tow without informing me nor AAA. They need to rectify the communication issue.
Extremely rude customer service which was short and uninviting (especially for someone in urgent need of towing services). Unwilling to take services that are "too far," which would have amounted to an hour drive for them. Even with an offered premium for the distance, they refused services. Excellent example of Darwinism.
Worked with them AAA, Roger was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.
