Work van's transmission was failing very bad, they had it fix very fast and explained everything that had happened and showed me all the damaged parts and what caused all the problems. Will refer anyone I know to the wonderful shop.
Stopped by to see about scheduling a repair for my windshield washer reservoir...will hear back from them in a day or two on a price..nice folks !

Ok, this is a review about their customer service. We were stranded in Tomah after having a major tire issue on our 5th wheel camper as we were traveling cross country. A police officer who knows the owners called them to see if there was anything they could do to help. They offered us their property to camp and access to tools that would be needed. After spending more than 24 hours in a parking lot of a auto parts store we were on our way home. Thank you for the offer to help, it definitely made an impression on us. Thank you!
Absolute life savers! They are so kind and generous. The metal covering the oil pan on our civic wasn't properly put back from an oil change at another shop and started dragging on the highway. They fixed us up real fast and sent us on our way even though they looked like they had other projects going on.
