Wonderful customer service. My car looks and drives great. They also help you with deductible if damage is over a certain amount. Highly recommend

Went in for an estimate and talked with a gentleman who was straight up with me about the costs of repairing the damage from a collision. Told me that as long as the car drives straight, airbags didn't deploy, seatbelts still work, and the door opens and closes, that the damage was just cosmetic. The damage seemed major at first since this was my first ever car accident. But now that I talked to him, It's really not that big of a deal. I appreciate the transparency and for taking the time to see me.

I took my 2019 F-150 in for some body work and was extremely happy with the work that they did! picked up the truck and it was very well done and cleaned up extremely well! these guys were super professional, would definitely recommend for any body work!

Very unhappy with my experience

Was told they would cut the rust out weld in new metal and full car paint job. Rust is bubbling thru paint and paint chips all over the car. Has not even been 4 months. I would genuinely go with a maaco $500 paint job then these guys. Not only that but when they started work on my car they left the battery connected. They let the battery die and then decided to manually put power to my windows to get them to roll back up. Why they were down in the first place I don't know. Then when I got my car back and my 3rd brake light bulb was blown and none of my power locks, mirrors or windows worked. Everything was in working condition before hand. Them putting manual power to my windows blew 3 different computers fried wires and costed me a lot of money. Now I'll have to have the same work they did redone because of their poor work quality and lack of honesty. Edit: After getting in contact with owner he said he doesn't provide a rust warranty completely ignoring the fact he didn't weld in new metal which is the whole problem. He lied saying new metal was welded in. He then lied saying his guys never put power to my windows when Juan is litterly the one who called me to tell me his guys had to manually put power to the windows to get them up. Then when I visited to see the shop they explained again there how they had to put power to it and tried saying it'll all work after a new switch is put in. Which was a lie. He then told me I'm a scammer and I'm putting the problems with my car on him. My car didn't have any of these electrical problems before taking it to Precision Auto Body. He then ended it with claiming he put in new metal (a lie) and that his shop isn't responsible for the electrical problems (they created) and then blocked me all in the matter of a couple of hours. I think the owner lies and how he acted out in reaction to my concerns is enough to show how sneaky and dishonest the owner and this shop is. Google is now the only place I can share my experience since the owner blocked me in the matter of no time clearly trying to cover up and avoid the whole situation.

Best auto body shop in the area! Prices are reasonable! They’re very fast and very good at what they do. Their communication is very good! There work is very good! Literally a 5 star shop! If there is any place I want working on my vehicle it’s Precision auto body. Shout out to the whole crew that works there, ya’ll are amazing I’ll be back for sure!
