I will do a follow-up once my vehicle has the repair **update: I have decided to go to a different location. I had an accident with my vehicle and was told by my insurance that Caliber would call me in 1-2 days to get some scratches fixed. The shop is a mile from my home, and I pass it on the way, so I stopped to set up an appointment to have an estimate. Roman Hernandez told me he had sent me an email that morning, and I never responded. I told him I didn't check my email often, and I was working all day. He then told me he didn't have time to look at my vehicle, and I explained I was just there to set up an appointment. He didn't need to look at it right then. He then told me I was lucky because he had a cancelation and he could look at it right then. I simply asked him if the scratches could be buffed out, and he told me to take my thumb and rub the scratches that it was under the clear coat, etc. He then needed to check my mileage, but the vehicle didn't start because the key fab wasn't close enough, and he told me to get a new battery. The guy was just very aggressive with me, and after everything I've gone through, I didn't need to be bullied. I honestly wish I would have told him exactly where to go, but I was there alone. His attitude was unprofessional and aggressive. Not sure if he is like this with male clients, but I will not recommend the Layton location.

Not impressed with the staff. Walked in for an estimate. Person at the desk asked if had an appointment. I said no, he told me to make an appointment, the person who does estimates was busy. No offer to set up an appointment, no discussion about what I needed. I think I will try a different location. Not happy with the staff at this location.

I was clipped by another driver causing the need for repairs to my vehicle. Calibers did an awesome job. Paint is a perfect match. My vehicle is spotless.

My car was attempted stolen and then vandalized (driver's door messed up around the top of the window, hood dented, windshield smashed in). In partnership with my insurance, Roman and team at Caliber Collision got it towed away and fixed up good as new. The shop made sure I was taken care of and I'm so happy to have my car back in action again!
