This place of business over promises and under delivers. When bringing in my vehicle, I was told it would take 11 days, it took 34 days and we had to do a piece of the work ourselves. Our insurance didn't cover our rental that long leaving us in a difficult position. They did the bodywork (which was nice) but it took too long to get a taillight, with a lot of different dates it would be done. We finally called around and bought our own taillight in one day, delivered it to the shop and got our vehicle back. They did compensate us for the inconvenience with a credit of $100. Appreciated, but there was a lot of empty promises leaving me feeling disappointed. Unfortunate. A week later I also noticed my door handle was not put back together properly. A piece came off as well leading me to believe something was broken and now the handle cover (rubber) doesn’t sit properly how it should.
