I wish I could give them a zero. This is ridiculous. They had the vehicle for over a month and to keep being told next week it will be ready is very frustrating. Also, Mike on Bradley Rd over talks you. He told me to call back after 11 am. I called to follow up with him. He told me he did his job and I was being rude. Because I asked him why did you have me call back to be told the same thing. We were under the impression the vehicle was going to be fixed on Bradley Rd. The vehicle was sent to the location on the south side. Mike states they don't fix/repair on Bradley Rd. If that is the case No one never mentioned anything about transferring the vehicle. To repair 4 windows and some scratches cost over $10,000. Tender Car is unfair and overly priced. Very pissed customer. Please shop around.

Tender car has done an excellent job on my vehicle. It was totally banged up and they did a "bang up job" fixing everything Also the customer service was excellent and very involved and caring

I hit a Deer right after Thanksgiving and it's almost May and I'm still waiting for my car. Every time I call to speak to someone they give me the run around and tell me that they'll call me back but never do.

I had my car in for repairs. They had my car going on 4 weeks! I was constantly calling them for info and updates on my car. They would never call me back no matter how many times i would call. I never got any of my questions or concerns answered. I would never recemend them to anybody ever!!! I am going to spread word around to the public never use Tender Car!!!!!! Very bad buisness dealings/operrations.

I recently had some scratches repaired on my vehicle at Tender Car. The paint work looks good but the customer service experience was awful. Long story short, my car was completed on a Thursday but I did not get it back until the following Wednesday. When I arrived to pick up the car at the location I dropped it off at, I was told it was at another location. No one had told me this when they called me to say it was ready to pick up. It took 6 days of phone calls and visits to the shop to get it transported to my side of town. They promised every day that it would be there "tomorrow" but it took numerous phone calls and visits to the shop to make that happen. They could save themselves a lot of time by returning phone calls and getting cars to customers on time to avoid the unnecessary extra calls and questions. Such a frustrating experience.
