DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The customer service is the worst ever!! Moses is rude and disrespectful. They have had my daughter’s car for 2 months for a side view mirror and a scratched door. They lied about the insurance company and wrong parts and so on and so forth. The told us her car would be done a week ago, claimed they got the wrong part but never called to give an update when the so called wrong part came in after 2 months of waiting. He is very unprofessional and lacks empathy and understanding for his customers. He told us things happen and it’s not their fault that the insurance company only gave 30 days for a rental. Very horrible service.
They did an excellent job on my car. They are friendly and take good care of all of your need. They also fix my diver side mirror that wasn’t part of the damages.
