Everyone was so pleasant, I didn’t even have to give them my name but they were expecting me. I asked for advice on a couple of issues and they were very receptive and gave me great advice. I highly recommend them.

I was SO disappointed with Lutters. I will never go back to them again. Took it in for a tire rotation and Oil change. They never told me the price for those two basic services and when I came to pick it up they wanted to charge 167!!!! I only had 137 so he made it 136.92. Really nice. He said “your car requires full synthetic.” Yeah it can also take semi synthetic according to Firestone. So that’s a lie off the bat. I normally take my car to Griswold Auto, and for tire rotation and full synthetic oil, it’s always $80.00! So for doing the exact same thing, Lutters wanted to charge more than double!!!!!! Not to mention I made my appointment 3 weeks ago! It was t like they did me a favor and squeezed me in. Horrible business, horrible customer service. I did thank him for knocking 30 off so it left me with 1.00 in my account. Rip off place and I will never go again and tell as many people as I can!

May 24, 2023Hi Drew, I hope this information can clarify the situation. According to the owner's manual and the oil fill cap on your 2014 Honda CR-V, the correct oil is 0w-20. Currently, all the oil on the market for this viscosity are full synthetic, or mostly synthetic. That makes the oil that the owner's manual says your car needs more expensive than conventional or "synthetic blend". We use a high-quality synthetic Eneos product that can allow oil changes to last up to 10,000 miles on your vehicle. In regards to tires; as they wear, the balance changes. During a tire rotation, we normally balance them to correct this problem. I also understand it's hard to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. We have recently added a great new technician to the team and wait times are getting much better. We are committed to high-quality workmanship at Lutter's Auto and strive to satisfy every customer. Mark and Jay are very honest with giving me good estimates not over selling. The mechanics are well trained.

I found this place to be completely inflexible when it came to scheduling some work that I wanted done. That made it impossible for me to do business with them.

Have moved into the area recently and Lutter's has quickly become my go-to for all future auto needs. Went in for an oil change then a couple weeks later to get my car winterized per recommended services from the previous inspection. Mark and his team were incredibly friendly, honest, and efficient. Have noticed an improved difference in performance after they worked on my car and not a minute too soon before this year's winter weather hit. Rest assured you'll be in good hands!

I won’t go anywhere else. They’re fast, efficient, well versed and professional. My favorite part is that they use this website link they text to you with all the areas of concern they find for the car with a level of necessity rating and an estimate of price for each issue found. If you’re a gen z or millennial, you will LOVE the way they communicate. I literally will not go anywhere else. They are simply the best.

I am a young female that does not know a lot about cars. My check engine light came on my car so I searched around for places to take it. Lutter's had great reviews so I decided to go here. Online appointment making was fast and easy. I was able to get it in the next day as soon as they opened. By mid day Mark texted me with the inspection report. I was able to look it over and see what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. I called back and Mark explained to me what was the cause of my problem and did not pressure me to get any unnecessary work done. Since it had to do with the engine I'm am just thankful and happy they did not charge me an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience with Lutter's and will be coming back for future car needs!
