First of all, the Customer Service I received from John, who works at the front counter , was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Second, John has the best Presence for being a Customer Care Service Employee. Last but not least is Firestone is and will always be my go to for any maintenance I need for my vehicle and I have my better half go there as well for her car. Thank you John and thank you Firestone for always giving me the ultimate experience.

Thank you to John and Brian for exemplary service. Last winter, I got the passenger's side tire pressure gauges replaced at another store. They weren't properly programmed, and I experienced a very bad customer service fail at that other location. Brian saw to it that they were programmed and working even though it wasn't their location's work or responsibility. When the driver's side gauges failed recently, I went back to the Brookfield location. The aftermarket gauges didn't initially work, and John worked through the problem to get it resolved for me. I couldn't ask for better service and attention.

Will have to wait 2 days for an appointment to get an oil change. Used to be able to walk in here and get it done same day. Might have to wait an hour or two at best. For fleet vehicles we need more flexibility on when and where we can take our vehicles to get a quick oil change. This is not the place anymore. If you have fleet vehicles I would recommend taking them elsewhere, at least for the time being. Used to be a loyal customer here , but simply can’t afford it to be anymore.

Said they rotated tires came In with sensor on left front so if it was rotated correctly this would be in a different spot after pick up wow terrible

Excellent customer service. I don't know much about cars, and the people at this location always make sure to explain everything thoroughly and respectfully so I know what they're doing and why. They're polite and friendly, and I know I can trust them and their recommendations.
