Great service! The team was friendly, fast and exceptionally talented in servicing my MDX. I scheduled the appointment online, showed up and everything went really smooth. The facility and the waiting room were top notch.

Good staff, good service. I highly recommend NOT washing peoples' cars without asking them. I had waxed my car and didn't want it washed by anyone during a transmission fluid change. I understand they mean well by washing the car but please always ask the customers.

Since purchasing my 2008 Acura used in 2010, I have returned again and again to Acura of Brookfield for nearly all of my service needs due to their high level of courteous and accurate vehicle service. The provision of a loaner vehicle at no charge when necessary has very much been appreciated. My most recent service was a simple oil change and tire rotation and it was done quickly as well as a complete helpful inspection which did NOT include the often overselling of unneeded service or parts found at many dealership service departments! Plus they cleaned the car inside and out as part of the service. This is a trustworthy dealership!

Your staff is absolutely the high water mark of customer service. My car was finished earlier than you quoted and exceeded my expectations each time. Professional, competent and knowledgeable ….from the check in , to the loaner, and the cashier…. Top of their game Thanks for the great service

Scheduled appointment online for an oil change and left a note in the comments section regarding another issue I would like addressed if possible. I arrived for my appointment and when verifying what was going to be done I mentioned that I listed another issue in the notes section that I was wanting to be addressed at this appointment. The advisor said “ we do not read the notes “ I was disappointed to hear that because I would have cancelled the appointment if I knew that they were not going to accommodate my request. I feel if you offer the option to schedule online and there is a section to add notes, those notes should be read prior to the appointment. Hopefully this issue can be resolved so it does not happen to another person using the online appointment scheduling option.

Did a quick service and checked all the boxes. Only issue was received a scratch on the door from the car wash since it’s not touch-less wash. Manager promised to completely fix the scratch at the next oil service since 1.5 hours away. They did buff it when I noticed it after the car wash service but after a wash you still notice about 4” of it. Hope they honor the the promise when the oil chance is due next couple of months.
