I just purchased a new TLX-S. Everything went great. The staff was outstanding. Sydney did a great job giving me the car’s tech overview. Nick was helpful and pleasant with finances. Tom S kept me well informed of delivery details. This is my second new Acura, and I'm very pleased with Acura of Brookfield.

Service is great but... Underlying issues include, having to pay for a transmission flush 7000 miles after purchase on a certified pre-owned TLX . It's the fact that all others were done but the most expensive one you left for the buyer. It equalled all of the other services done before purchasing. I was told it would be covered by one employee and scheduled and then it wasn't when I arrived to drop off. How is it certified if you didn't do the maintenance to call it certified?

Adam was very helpful. I had a wonderful experience from setting up my appointment to receiving a loaner vehicle to picking up my car a paying at cashier station. Everyone was very pleasant

Best Service in the Industry. Acura of Brookfield always goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Personal calls with updates on what should be replaced and what to keep an eye on for the future. They are my favorite dealer to visit.
