I called and was able to schedule my A/C diagnostic next day. Parts were ordered and arrived the following day and work was done immediately. They even gave me a loaner car while my car was being serviced. Great communication and would definitely recommend!

Scammers. Made me pay for a part that didn’t even fix the problem because they “forgot” they couldn’t return it. Also apparently you NEED a brand new window when the problem is in the motor. This was not the first time they scammed me. Highly suggest you avoid the headache of dealing with this place. Also not professional at all hanging up on a paying customer. Stay away.

We pride ourselves in providing exceptional service to all of our customers through professionalism and transparency. The vast majority of our customers experience this awesome service and return as a result. We diagnosed your window issue as being a failed window regulator assembly due to the cable being broken. This was explained and authorized by you and appears that way on the invoice. Our technician did spend extra time thoroughly cleaning the window to make it look brand new, but you were not charged for a new window. The window repair and oil service were completed and the vehicle left in working order. You returned with the vehicle the next day with a concern of an intermittent lack of power and a check engine light on. There were several error codes present, a portion of them relating to a manufacturer Technical Service Bulletin that required electrical repair and another regarding the turbo. The electrical repair was authorized and, following the procedure for the TSB, was repaired, eliminated those error codes, and made the drivability issue much better. We provided documentation to you when the vehicle was picked up. The turbo codes were more challenging to diagnose and required above and beyond the initial testing and inspecting charge. The technician put in several hours of extra diagnostic time to try and determine the issue. The part that we recommended was the least expensive starting point. Unfortunately, this electronic component could not be returned once installed and there was more diagnostics to perform. We did attempt to come up with a fair arrangement with you on this issue by not charging you for the several hundred dollars worth of testing and inspecting time and instead asking that you cover the part. We understand your frustration with this matter. Our goal is to help where we can, like providing a loaner vehicle to you throughout this whole process and even recommending a specialist in this area to diagnose further. I hope this clears up any miscommunication that may have transpired and that you find an automotive service facility that fits your needs.

Scammers. Stay away from this place. I thought since I knew the owners of this shop to be kind people that my car would be in good hands in this shop. It turns out that the mechanics that work in this store like to charge people who don’t know better for parts that they don’t need. Needed window actuator set and oil change. Left with entirely all new parts for the window system including the window, which definitely was not needed and I know this because took off the door panel and looked. All that was needed really was the clip that holds the window on the track. Also engine started knocking not even 5 miles after driving after the oil change. Took it back because the location is close to where I live and through out a weeks process they changed some wiring which is apparently why the engine was knocking? Ok sure. But then they said there was an error code for the turbo and they said they will change it and if it doesn’t go away they will not charge us. They put it in and the error did not go away and charged for it anyway saying “they forgot that they couldn’t return this part”. Absolutely and entirely disgusted that any person would treat another person like this. This is all at the location on Stewart ave in Wausau. A man name Brian Small runs the location as manager and counter clerk. Do not go here!

I was appreciative that they could accommodate me when I had a dead battery on the same day it died. While there, they also did an oil change. I have been using them to service my car & have been satisfied with their work. Pricing....no clue on how they compare but I am sure there will be higher & lower prices among all the service places. Sometimes you just need to get the job done and they have been accommodating. I hope I can trust they are giving me fair pricing.

It was a pressure to meet them I just moved here from the East coast. I got one quote for $414.00 Dollars for buying a battery and installed that's nuts they did it all within 25 minutes for $277.00 . From here on out I will return to them great service and friendly people 😄.
