I came in with a dreadful noise emanating from my car. I, of course, imagined the dent my savings were going to take as nothing is cheap. The folks at Griesbach found the problem was just a bolt kicked up from the road had lodged between my rotor and the caliper. They charged me for diagnosis and nothing else. I appreciate the efficiency and honesty.

Had good service prior to this week. Called to see if I could get trans drain and filter fluid change on vw. They said I'd have to bring it in to see if they could do. Did that and hours later got a call saying they could do the service for 1100 dollars or so. Vw charges 450 last time I had it done.. told them dealer was much cheaper then to get my car back had to pay 8t dollars for them to assess if they could do the work. Ridiculous.

Your Volkswagen has a unique transmission that requires specialized fluid and a very particular procedure, involving the use of scan tools, to make sure everything is done correctly. We did perform a complete digital vehicle inspection as well as research the proper procedure and source the appropriate parts. We take pride in being professional and providing exceptional service to our guests.
