Great experience with Gabe in service. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The best service experience I have ever had with a dealership. I would definitely recommend Kenosha Toyota to my friends and family.
I like the oil change tire rotation package. It's a good deal overall. But my vtech engine light came in last time, they checked, couldn't really see an issue and cleared the code. TOLD me to come back if it turns on again- such it did 2 days later- then said I'd have to pay $175 for diagnostics. But you just did diagnostics allegedly 2 days ago and I came back per your instructions! There are places that do it for free and I thought you would since it was your suggestion to return. But you just had a meeting and this is what has been decided?! Sounds scammy to me..... I'll stick to oil change and rotations only
