Such an easy and pleasant experience from start to finish. I was able to get a loaner so I could get to work on time. The text message/emails make it easy to keep up to date with the progress. The video of the inspection was a great idea although hard to hear at times with background noise. Everyone was professional and exceeded my expectations.

Mark was great and very helpful. I had to leave before my truck was ready to pick up my kids from school and he gave me a free rental. Very happy with the service.

The people of Kenosha Nissan are top notch in their service, their knowledge and their willingness to help out. The Service Dept. bends over backwards to help accommodate our needs. Ken Bosshart is my go to guy for all things in our fleet. Always helpful, always communicating, a pure pleasure to work with Ken and his team!!

Excellent service. Mark M was a pleasure to work with. Informed me of the individual cost of each repair that needed to be done. Explained everything very well and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs.

Horrible Place !!! Worst experience I ever ! My oil changes have always been less the $100 ANYWHERE IVE WENT INCLUDING HERE AT THIS NISSAN BEFORE ! Today I was charged $204 when I asked for my previous bill the Assistant Service Manager refused to show me my past bill till I asked for the GM, He brought me the bill and still kept trying to argue with me then tried to kick me out for still wanting to speak with the GM! This has to be the worst experience from the start of not even being greeted. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !! I will be Sharing on All Social Media platforms how I was treated. I Know the Owner would not be happy to know about this situation. They refused to give me the Regional manager or Owners number.
The service was very helpful and good. Ken was very informative. I really didn't have to ask, because he had already explained. He made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my vehicle.

As always - aimed to please & succeeded! I just LOVE the staff @ Nissan. Not to forget to mention how quick they get the repairs done! 10/10.

Ken in the service department came right in and help me as soon as I requested hime from my last visit and my car was serviced I couldn't afford to get everything done so I have an appointment for May 11th
