Called them for a tow on Wed June 28, 2023 because the rear driver side tire came off because the lug nuts were rusted/old. Their tow truck came for the vehicle and took it back to their location on Porter Ave in Beloit, had my car for 4 hours, charged me $428 (3 hours of “labor”- after a $254 tow - only to steal the other 3 tires from my truck. Every tire is a different brand. The rear driver side tire they replaced is faulty and I’ve had to put air in it every day since. I had 4 matching tires on my truck because I just bought them June 3, 2023 and I still have the receipt, the man that put them on remembers all 4 tires matched because I stopped up there and told them the situation. I called the Beloit Police Dept and made a report of theft against them and I will be pursuing a civil lawsuit again them. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR A TOW OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM FOR ANY SERVICE.

Best possible customer service!! I cannot recommend this business enough. They gave my husband a ride to pick up his truck after they fixed it. Our truck was at a different garage for 4 days. One morning at Gearheads and we were back on the road!! Quick turn around, impeccable customer service. I would go way out of my way to use their services again. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I went and got some repairs on the rear end of my car and no one could figure it out and they did im very happy and would recommend them all the way a d I will go back if ever need work done again and thank you so much
