They are amazing!!! Got stuck and deep mud. They pulled me out with no damage to the car and quick to arrive! Couldn’t have been happier.
Dewey’s took the extra care to put my car tires on dollys because the battery was dead and could not be put into neutral. Outstanding service, I couldn’t have been happier.

AAA gave me an ETA of 160 minutes . Dewey sent Matt to me in 20 minutes . He was very pleasant and patient . Thank you Matt !
Very rude and snarky woman on the phone very un professional and said that I could come get my vehicle so I showed up with a trailer and the refused to even send someone to come open the gate even after they told me after hours there’s a 60 dollar gate fee but as goes to for the tow truck drivers that I’ve felt with from they are great to deal with very nice and personable but I fell bad for u if u have to deal with the receptionist
The employees at the front desk could be more friendly to customers.
They are very unprofessional and condescending people, they refuse to help me saying that they think I stole my own car, quote It’s kinda sketchy and she started explaining like her relative got her car stolen, very rude and unprofessional
