Failed to secure panels which popped into driver's view while driving on the highway. Very unsafe. Workers also some items from glove box. After blaming us for the theft, saying their people would never steal from a car and generally being lawyery about it they did finally refund the amount stolen from the vehicle, after this was posted. Double check their work before you drive off and leave nothing of value in the car. Or wait for a more reputable business to have time to fix your car.

Edit: SEVERAL years later and my car STILL isn't fixed correctly. It's impossible to get them to call you back. I'm still missing a light bulb and a bracket from when I took my car here. These people have no pride in their work. I just don't understand how you can miss this much unless it was intentional. For your own safety, DON'T GO HERE!! I came into Gerber to have my bumper and window washer reservoir fixed. (Over a year ago now) When I picked up my car the bumper wasn't on all the way and the reservoir doesn't hold liquid. My question is this: did you even try filling it with washer fluid? And if so why did you not fix it then? This was the main reason I brought it in. I've called them several times to try fixing this problem and they always say they need to speak to a manager and they'll call back. My insurance paid over 2 grand and I still have the same problem I had before I brought it in. This is also very dangerous as I'm unable to wash my windows while driving. Extremely disappointed in the service I received. Avoid this company at all costs!

Staff was incredibly kind and professional. My work schedule didn't align well with their business hours, but they were able to squeeze me in at at a time outside of their normal business hours to accommodate my schedule. I'm very thankful for their hard work.
