I didn't get what I wanted from the visit there, but they were accommodating otherwise

BEWARE!!... The classic SLEAZY tow yard... $733 for a one-mile tow to their lot, clean-up fees, and one day of storage after my vehicle was side-swiped on the Beltline on a Sunday morning... ABSURD prices and highway robbery. Allison was very kind (said I would have 48 hours before incurring storage fees), but Ben (manager) was a first class jerk when we spoke the next day (Monday) by contradicting the storage fee waiver, attempting to severely undervalue my vehicle, and talking down to me. I ended up having All Metals Recycling remove the vehicle from Schmidt's lot and still got twice what Schmidt's offered me for the vehicle. Do yourself a BIG favor and go elsewhere for your towing needs.

Very friendly and understanding. Just beware they know they are in a city, so they gonna charge city prices!
Yes, I understand prices are high (my car being towed is covered by insurance from a car accident). However, we felt like our service was great. When the guys picked up the car, they were very nice. The ladies at the shop were super helpful with everything, and very kind.
