Very friendly staff. Informative and detailed. I have been going here for service for about 2 years now and will continue. Quick to get you in and out as well as thorough with their work. 10/10 recommend. Marley and Ryan have been great! Edit to add I've had 4 new tires, multiple oil changes, new battery, brakes rotors and calipers, ball joints, etc.

Update- Firestone contacted me and corrected the issue. They reimbursed the part that broke so I can definitely appreciate that. . . I usually go to Firestone for all my car services. Recently, when they were fixing my Control Arm, it took almost two weeks, leaving me without a vehicle. I realized they didn't offer a temporary car, which I should've asked about. While they were fixing one part, they ended up breaking something else, which I had to pay for. They did give me a discount, but it still ended up costing more than I planned. It would've been nice if they waived the additional costs, considering I wasn't warned about the risk until after it had happened. As I mentioned before, I usually go to Firestone for all my car needs because it's just down the street. However, after this service, I'm thinking about going somewhere else.

The staff was helpful enough but I think the front staff needs either more help or training on prioritization. My appointment was for 2 pm. I got there at 1:41. I was told an hour and decided to wait for it. I left to walk around and came back at 2:35. When I got there I could see my vehicle was done and waiting outside. At 2:42 I was told by staff my vehicle was done and they just needed to print something and for me to pay. I then had to wait for him to take 2 calls and help 3 other people before taking the 5 minutes to do the things necessary for me to leave. I ended up leaving at 3:15 so a full 33 minutes after I was told vehicle was done.

Quick, friendly service. I made an appointment online for the following morning and had no issues. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and the prices were incredibly reasonable! I will be going here regularly now!

they broke our car door and said they didnt and then didnt bother to do anything about it. And we took it in for a completely different reason.

They have openings quicker than most places in the area. They explain in detail the reasonings of why they are recommending different services and how it will affect your car positively or negatively if left unfixed. They also finished working on my AC in less than 8 hours! Thank you Marley!

I was pretty sure I needed a new car battery so I went in to schedule service. Marley got me in later the same day and I was on my way 45 minutes later ! That's amazing service. My 3rd time going there and each time I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the experience.

I think they did a great job getting me scheduled quickly and efficiently. They found the tires I wanted and got them shipped in a day. I don't have anything else but tires done here so I can't speak to their other services. Otherwise fantastic service as usual.
