Very short and insulting insinuations about my preference in aftermarket car accessories. A simple problem that need a simple solution that got negated and examined as a insult to my selection of aftermarket car accessories The customer service tech was very short, dry and cras and didnt want to service me because of my choice in aftermarket car accessories.

My experience here was amazing! Got a flat near here so I decided to give them a try. They were kind, honest, and got my toe changed and I picked it up later that day! This will be my new go-to for tires.

Amy was AWESOME! She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She went over lots of options to make sure I got what was best for me. Was really in a bind and she made it so much less stressful. Highly recommend :)
Had quite a bit of work done here on my car on short notice due to a dead battery on the Friday before Christmas. They discovered some additional work the car needed on various other oil, air/fuel, and exhaust issues. They worked on my car for a week and their mechanic/service attendant Marley was extremely helpful. Marley and the team at this Firestone kept me in the loop in terms of the status of the car, as well the progress of services the car needed as they discovered issues despite the holiday season. I would recommend bringing your business here if you are a straight shooter.
im not sure what happened to the old management at this place, but it has sure gone down hill since they left. i used to make appointments online and id get a call letting me know if the appointment was accepted or declined and they’d help me reschedule if needed. now i try to make an appointment and i never hear anything back. they also used to be very very thorough after car inspections and would let me know anything, small or big. now when they do car inspections, they just tell me it looks good. no other details. they also seem very unprofessional and the communication is lacking throughout the entire store. i wish i knew what happened to the old management so id go to their store. but for the time being, im done with firestone.
