My vehicle needed to be dropped off by tow truck after hours. They called me next day to discuss options and kept me advised on the progress. Guys were knowledgeable and answered my questions, would definitely use again when in Wisconsin.

My service was amazing! I called and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. They were super kind and fixed my car up quick! Even left me cookies in my car. Could not have had a better car repair experience !

Great service and great people. My daughter is a freshman in college in the La Crosse area and experienced car troubles. They provided top notch customer service and repair work. They are very professional and respectful.

Jim and Nelson were incredibly helpful with my daughter and her car. This was my daughter's first experience with auto shops and having to "adult". The entire Auto shop was completely respectful and help for her. My daughter's words; "They were all super nice there. They didn't talk down and made me feel like I could ask questions. If I ever have any more car troubles here (UWL), I'll definitely go there if I ever have a problem." As a parent that is 300 miles away...THANK YOU for taking care of my daughter's repair needs and thank you for the respect that you showed!

To be straightforward, it's hard nowadays to find a repair shop that will be completely honest with you. I have been to many repair shops who always try to add the extras to make the extra dollar. I am new to La Crosse and needed an oil change. Bob’s Auto Service is within walking distance of my office and the name sounded trustworthy so I took my car there for an oil change. They were friendly, efficient, and thorough. Will definitely use them again.

I took my Outback in because I was having transmission problems. They were honest th the enth degree. I was told it would be cheaper to go to Dahl Subaru. Dahl quote is $8000.00. I would recommend Bob's Auto to my best friend and have faith that Bob's would treat then right.
