Everyone is super friendly, especially Jim. They are very communicative and transparent with pricing and work to be done. Also, they work fast! Great spot.

Great customer service. Helpful, informative, & a wealth of communication, which is important in business. Have had two oil changes with Bob’s Auto Service now. On my 2nd, they didn’t have a loaner for me so Jim loaned me his own vehicle, very courteous of him. Thanks guys, keep up the smooth work!

A friend recommended Bob's Auto Service when I moved into the area several years ago; I have been a loyal customer ever since. They are consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. Everything from routine oil changes to much more complicated repairs have been handled smoothly and efficiently. I am happy to recommend Bob's Auto Service.

Very friendly, thorough, and reasonable for quality work. They even give you a welcome package with cookies as a new customer. '19 VW Jetta, oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection, coolant and brake line flush for $350. If you own a VW or import, you know how great of a deal this is (my car is in really good condition though). I highly recommend!

Jim was extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. I took in a car I'm looking to purchase for a pre-purchase inspection. He was up front with me, offered advice, and seemed to be an advocate for avoiding being scammed by extended warranty companies and used car dealers. The fee was way cheaper than I was expecting and they got me in right away. I am so glad I took my car here. I highly trust and recommend Bob's Auto Services!

Couldn’t ask for better service than bobs! When a 9 year old hit my car I was able to get in quickly and have my car checked out, then I got a new car and brought it in to get checked out and that couldn’t have gone smoother. I just recently moved out to Colorado and got a text asking how my car was doing from them and Cathy was able to help me find some shops in my new area as well. The customer service is amazing and I’ll recommend all my friends in la crosse to go to them!

had numerous issues from power steering to steering column. When I explained the issues they knew what some of the issues were with out looking at the car. Some of the problems took some looking,, all the issues were addressed. Car runs like a dream. Very happy. I recommend this shop. five stars. I also would say their email on car progress was great, pictures. Very happy..

I took my car in because my check engine light came on. After they inspected my car, I was told a cylindar was broken and I needed my motor replaced and the cost would be around $5,000, but they offered to pay me for scrap because an employee was interested in it. I declined and had to pay $230 for this diagnosis, but never did receive a digital or physical copy of my diagnosis. After advice from family and coworkers, I took my car in for a second opinion. At the other shop, they replaced some spark plugs for $60 and my car is working just fine and even better than before. I was not originally going to post a review, however after reading other reviews similar to mine, I felt that I needed to speak out.

We apologize for the oversight. We did send the inspection again yesterday. If you did not receive it, please let us know. As a professional shop, we do charge for diagnostic inspections. We informed you of this when you checked in for the appointment. Yes, new spark plugs will help your car run better. As noted at checkout, you may want to drive your car until it quits running, but we feel it is not safe enough to take out of town.
