I am very pleased with my experience with Richmond Street Automotive. I brought my car to a different shop in the area the week before because my starter seemed to be failing. That shop ended up telling me it was just my battery. After replacing the battery my vehicle still had the same starting issues. I called to get my car looked at on Tuesday and by Wednesday I had a diagnosis by 930am( It was indeed a failing starter). I get the impression these guys don't take short cuts, which is appreciated. The 2 year guarantee is impressive as well. The inspection report put together is extremely thorough. The communication throughout the process was good. The pricing is competitive with most shops, The loaner vehicle really helped. Thanks again for getting my vehicle back in order.

Wouldn’t take my vehicles any place else. They go over and beyond and are the friendliest people!!
