They always provide excellent and timely service. Most importantly they are upfront and honest about cost and provide multiple options. I never feel pressured which is greatly appreciated, especially being vehicle naive!

I asked for an inspection for a car I bought and it seemed reasonable price for the work they did, but they did charge $200 for a fuel service that I wasn’t aware they were going to do. I should have asked for quote to be sent to me instead of just asking in the phone.
