Great customer service l. Had a rim delivered, and these guys received and made a prompt appointment to install. The installation was top notch with a tire sensor added. Great 👍job

All the guys I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. The counter guy found two new tires for me at a very reasonable price as I didn't have a lot of money. They also let me have my dog inside with me and we're very nice to my dog petting him and even offered him a milk bone. I will definitely recommend Pomps in Antigo to family and friends.

The staff was friendly. Very accommodating. And I felt that the office area and waiting area Was much more clean than most that I've been in

Was able to get appt but when I needed some lug nuts they didn’t have any which surprised me for a tire shop. So they had to order them. Should take day or two and they would call as soon as they came in. I called them the second day and they still didn’t have any. It’s now been week and a half and they have never bothered to call. I paid $125 to have my tires mounted and put on. I ended up and had my son order some lug nuts and he put my tires on for me. Won’t go back. That’s just poor customer service.
