I went to palms to have a front end they asked me what I thought the problem was so I told them I also asked them to check for other possibilities they failed to neglect the other possibilities and they decided to tell me I needed two front wheel bearings when I take for a second opinion they tell me it's not the wheel bearings it's the sway bar pumps wanted to charge me $700 to fix two wheel bearings that we're not even a problem and when I was talking to the man at the counter I told him to please check my ball joints tie rods and sway bars to see if they were a problem I was told they were not the problem I was given a receipt upon their inspection and just told I needed two wheel bearings for $700 when the wheel bearings were not even the problem they never bothered checking the rest of the front end and I was asked that day of their inspection do I want them to get the parts and start fixing my truck.

I had a tire leaking pressure and happened to be in town, so I decided to pop in and see if they had time to take a look at it. They had it fixed AND my tires rotated in about a half hour! Excellent and professional service.

Thank you so much for helping an out of town, stranded gal and her Mother. Two bad tires when we walk out of the hospital is not what a gals wants. Roy and the boys had us back on the road in about 30 minutes. Two new tires=feeling safe on our 2 hour trip home. Your guy are amazing. Thank you.
