I Love Parsons!!! Only Dealer I trust and the only on our family deals with. I would say we have bought at least 10 to 12 vehicles from them!!! And when its time - I will be back there again. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!

There were supposed to just take out an alarm system and ended up cutting the wiring to my top and bottom light bar and messed up my ace, i’ve was there in person wanting them to fix their mistakes and all they told me was,” they checked it out and it was fine and there was nothing they could do about it.” And yes you guys should remember me, I’m the only one around with a 10’ white Hummer H2.

Oil change and tire rotation- in and out in no time One complaint: Now charging a surcharge of 3 percent to use a charge card. I realize you are paying to do the transaction, but really passing it on to the customer- not cool at all!

Need just a tire rotation, requested a quote on tires and an opinion if I needed new tires. Got the tire rotation but nothing else I requested. Later called and asked why a tread depth was not included and was told only given with multipoint inspection. Then the next day I had a screw in my tire stopped to see if they assist, they said no go to pomp down the road, not even an offer to help with spare. Service department since Troy left is useless and incompetent. Will be finding a new place to do my services.

When we rotated your tires, it was our opinion they were not ready for replacement yet and we apologize we perhaps missed communicating that to you. It sounds like when you stopped back you received your tire quote to plan for future replacement. We are also sorry that we were booked up when you called about the emergency tire repair, but we are happy our referral of Pomp's was able to help you out.
