I definitely will be back for service in the future. They diagnosed the problem, kept me informed and completed work ahead of promised time. Jonny told me my options for service and was very knowledgeable. I totally felt comfortable trusting what he explained to me. Great customer service from entire staff!

On our way to Stanly WI Labor Day weekend alternator went, I wasn't sure where to go so the tow truck driver told us about Auto Select. After they opened, they us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Very friendly people, very professional. I'm so pleased with the service and highly recommended them.

I highly recommend this Auto Select location. We’ve always had good experiences. Most recently we took our son’s car in for repairs. After a botched repair in Platteville (where he goes to school) at the Ford dealership, Craig and his team looked over our vehicle. They suggested we take our Ford Flex to the Ford dealer in town for repairs in the hopes that the two Ford dealerships would right their wrong. We were able to get a refund covering the mistakes they had made. We really appreciate Auto Select’s advice even though they could have made the repairs themselves. We will definitely be returning for our car needs in the future.

When my car took an unexpected nap on the highway and refused to move, I had it brought to Auto Select, they were courteous, professional, and kept me up to date on the issues that made my car cantankerous and noncompliant. They gave clear explanations as to what likely caused the issue and the plan to fix it. They offer loaner cars if you need them while you're in the shop. You never want to have to go to an auto repair shop, but if you do Auto Select is a good way to go.

I've been going here for about 3 years now and they're honest, genuine people that will not upsell you or play around. I have a very weird Toyota imported from Japan and the Toyota dealership isn't even willing to deal with it due to hard to find parts and lack of info, but Auto Select didn't hesitate to step up and help me, they go out of their way to do research on my vehicle for the correct parts and services. Good group of knowledgeable and kind folks who do good work.

Came in with a clunking sound under the front left side of my car. They not only replaced my break pads, but also found the source of my coolant leak that I had been meaning to get looked at, changed my oil, changed my roters, and did a tire rotation for me. The team at Auto Select on Highway 10 has always been incredibly friendly. I mostly worked with Craig for this trip and he's very helpful and informative. My family has always taken their vehicles to this Auto Select.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. As they normally do they did their standard check of other things to make sure there were no problems. The battery didn’t test well and after putting a charge to it it still didn’t test well. I had them install a new battery before it could become a bigger problem. I’ve been going to Auto Select for over 20 years. Great working with them.
