AutoSelect on hwy 10 in Stevens Point is the best. Craig, Matt, Johnny and Doug are always professional and courteous plus very fun. I have not personally interacted with their auto mechanics/technicians, but I'm sure they are top-notch as well. I'm a rural mail carrier and often find myself with major and minor vehicle issues. The guys at AutoSelect always explain to me what needs to be done and get me promptly back on the road. I highly recommend AutoSelect when it comes to repairing my mail Jeeps and personal Jeep.

Up until now I thought they were reputable... Had my car towed there because of an electrical issue. The tow company billed auto select for the tow so I could pay it later. Tow company told me the total would be $135.00 After auto select looked at the car and found the issue i got the bill from them with a tow charge of $162.00 They then told me that they didn't charge me for labor to put in the fuse that needed replacing. After calling the tow company to confirm my suspicion that i was charged almost $30 more for a service that auto select did not perform, i called auto select back and i was told that there were service fees involved and that because i paid with a card they had to upcharge me for towing. I argued that there was no transparency with the bill because they just charged me more for something they didn't do. The response was that he has to run a business and that because we paid with a card there were service fees. I asked what kind of card service charges more than 5% and he kept trying to talk his way out of it. Claimed that they operate fairly, and that $162 is exactly what i had to be charged because they needed to upsell. Very dissatisfied with this auto shop and not impressed with the customer service. They tried to make themselves look like the good guys by, (not charging labor,) but jacking up the tow bill to compensate. And then blaming the credit card company. Wow we paid via debit. After conversation with the owner Doug he agreed that what happened was not right and got me a check for the difference. Good on him.

I was from out of town and I had a tire problem. The team was so friendly and helpful solving my tire issue. Pricing was very reasonable as well. If I lived in Stevens Point I would definitely use them all the time.

Auto Select East is absolutely awesome. I seem to have had a lot of car issues this past year. They have taken care of the problems promptly and when appropriate have given me options on the work that needs to be done. I also appreciate their kind and thoughtful words whenever I come in.

Manager Matt Salchert is a great guy, trout fishes a lot, was the President of the Frank Hornberg Chapter #624 of Trout Unlimited. This shop won't steer you wrong & I've been going here since 2010 & never had a problem. They do a great job & never had to go back & have something redone or fixed. Always done right the first time.

Popped in today to have they look at something. They were very busy but made time for me and got me back on my way. Dennis was very pleasant and was able to direct me around construction. Recently we had an oil changed here. Arrived with kids and they meet me at the vehicle so I didn't have to haul all the kids into the building. They knew me by name and I was able to go on my way with the kids. Very efficient and call back same day to say vehicle was done. I would still give them five stars.

Auto Select - East, saved me some huge headaches when I got in an unexpected accident. I needed a substantial amount of work done to get my car back on the road. Note - I work 40 minutes away, and we only have 1 vehicle in our family. Auto Select immediately made room for my repairs, even though the appointment was unexpected, and they were booked full through the following week. They worked with my insurance and got me back on the road, quicker than expected! I will also say, all the staff is amazing at servicing their customers. They provide outstanding customer service, during the most challenging circumstances! Definitely will be my Service Center of choice going forward!

Cannot thank Craig and team enough for their help. We were on our way up north and our the lug nuts on our tire came loose and the tire nearly fell off! They were so kind and helpful. They diagnosed the issue helped us with getting the spare on and checked all other tires, took it for a test drive and we were back on our way! Pick them next time you need work done!!!
