Stopped in on a Sunday because one of my windshield wipers stopped working. They slotted me in for that afternoon, and thankfully it was a quick and easy fix.

Update: Manager reached out after reviewing the maintenance records and agreed the information given was inconsistent/things were missed. VIP made things right which I really respect (that level of customer service is rare these days). Solid, honest folks who value their customers so I'll be back. Original review: Really mixed experiences. To give some history, I came in about 3 weeks ago for a tire repair and was informed that the tire was unsalvageable due to the nature of the damage (a nail stuck in the tire). Understandable. The technician recommended replacing the one damaged tire and stated I'd need to order the match myself/get it from the dealership as VIP didn't carry the brand and wouldn't be able to order it for me. They didn't recommend replacing all four as the other three "still had life left in them". No problem, I ordered the new tire (it was a bit pricey, but oh well I'm just replacing the one) and paid VIP to install. I was feeling really good about VIP and how reasonable/honest the crew was! This Saturday I go in for a state inspection and the car fails due to three tires being too worn to pass (the three that "still had life left in them"). I had to get new tires in order to pass inspection. I explained to the clerk at the desk that I had just been recommended by VIP to replace just the one tire rather than all four about 3 weeks ago, but they didn't have a response. I would have really appreciated an honest heads-up when I brought the car in for the damaged tire that it would be best to just replace all four at that time. I ended up about $200 down the drain between cost of the one specialty replacement tire I had to order myself + install fee. That really left a bad taste, after what had been an otherwise solid history of experience with VIP. The crew is really nice and the scheduling team is very accommodating! The tire situation was just really rough and cost me a solid chunk of money, time and goodwill that could have been saved if given proper advice.
