Promised work done this week then suddenly they are to booked. Being taken advantage of because my car is trapped there currently not driveable. Service manager happy to throw his employee under the bus.

Online scheduling on website allows you to schedule appointments but is t in sync with the actual business. They called day before to tell me my appointment isn’t going to be available but that I could drop off in the morning and would be worked in by end of day.

Don't go here if you want your car to look nice. They scratched the premium rims on my less than 1 year old car! Also have two huge and very noticable scratches on the front quarter panel! Now I see this this every time I approach my car. And I had just cleaned my car and wheels the day before going to have them swap the tires, so I know it was them. I don't think I'll be going back here again!!

I am US Army Soldier who got stranded in Vergennes VT with blown tire on my fifth wheel camper heading south. Today is Sunday and not a single tire place open in 50miles radius but VIP Tires and Service. Trenton Forsberg, young store manager not only that he had tire in stock, but he got me in and out of the store in 15min while all locations usually book few weeks out for any type service! This is not only a 5 star review, but perfect example of one of the Army Values - Never Leave a Fallen Comrade (in a civilian world)! I am back on the road and running thanks to Trenton and his crew! I would strongly recommend this location to Service Members, Veterans, friends and family!
